The aim of the smartker line is to combine the Professional treatment (applied by the physician) with the Daily treatment (applied by the patient). The active ingredients of each formula complement each other to achieve an improvement of the problem to be treated. The benefits of Professional can be maintained with the Daily home treatment. The patient will be treated with smartker Professional once a week for 5 weeks, and will be combined with Smartker Daily daily by the patient for 30 days.
The recommended protocol consists of applying smartker professional once a week for 5 weeks, combined with smartker daily every day at night during the treatment period, with visible results from the first application. As in various aesthetic procedures, the protocols can be adapted according to the patient’s profile, the clinical need to be treated and the physician’s assessment.
SmartKer is an ideal treatment for all skin types, all year round. It has been evaluated by dermatologists in patients with sensitive skin, with no adverse events. All products have a low immunogenic potential and are gentle on the skin.
SmartKer contains keratinase, whose mechanism of action consists of increasing the permeability and, up to 9 times more, the retention of the active ingredients. It acts on the corneodesmosomes, which are reestablished in 6 to 8 hours, leaving the skin without side effects and can be used at any time of the year and on all phototypes, without leaving an aesthetic trace. On the other hand, a chemical peel is a controlled destruction of the skin layers through different acids. This brings with it side effects such as peeling, aesthetic trace, anti-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, burns… so it should not be used on all skin phototypes and is limited to certain times of the year due to the prohibition of sun exposure.
Do not apply in areas with skin infection, folliculitis or chronic acne in the area. The product is not injectable and is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
It is recommended to do the complete treatment: 5 weekly sessions of smartker professional combined with smartker Daily, for home use, for 1 month. It is also a versatile product that offers 3 options: Combination between products of the smartker line, with the help of other apparatology and after finishing other procedures.
